When you place an order through a merchant or supplier linked from our site, that party is responsible for dispatching the product, selecting the carrier, and providing delivery estimates. Delivery times and conditions depend on the merchant or supplier and the carrier’s terms. topmontre.ma does not control or guarantee any delivery dates.

Intermediary Support for Shipping Questions

If you have a question about shipping or delivery for an order you placed, you can contact us at contact@topmontre.ma. We receive your request and forward it to the relevant merchant or supplier. They will handle your query directly. Please do not send sensitive payment credentials such as full card numbers, CVV codes, or passwords.
